Virtual Therapy

Accessible Tele-Psychology

Virtual therapy makes meaningful, doctoral-level psychological care accessible regardless of location, schedule, or stage in life. I offer secure telehealth sessions for adults, couples and adolescents who prefer the privacy and convenience of meeting from home, the office, or while traveling. Whether you have moved out of state, manage a demanding professional schedule, or simply find it easier to engage meaningfully in a familiar setting, virtual sessions provide a similar depth of care as in-person therapy.

My remote clients find that the supportive yet direct approach I use during in-person sessions translates well to virtual practice. In both realms, my clinical influences draw from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies. Many clients seek help with stress and anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, recovery from narcissistic relationships, and personal growth — all of which can be effectively helped in a virtual format. To explore the full range of focus areas I work with, see the specialties section of my homepage.

If you have questions about whether virtual therapy is the right fit, our FAQ page covers fees, scheduling, and what to expect during a first session. You can also compare our in-person services here.

PsyPact Verified — Telehealth in 40+ States

I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and hold the PsyPact Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (PAPIT). This authorization allows me to provide telehealth sessions to clients located in over 40 PsyPact participating states. PsyPact — the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact — is the recognized credential for psychologists practicing across state lines, ensuring that you receive care from a verified, doctoral-level provider in over 40 participating states.

Remote sessions are particularly meaningful for clients who travel frequently, split time between residences, attend college out-of-state, or have relocated and wish to maintain ongoing therapy with an established psychologist. It also expands access for individuals in regions with limited availability of doctoral-level psychologists. For many clients, the credential simply means continuity of care — the ability to maintain a trusted therapeutic relationship through life's transitions, without geography becoming an obstacle.

With over 20 years in practice, previous clients who have long ago terminated successful therapy may choose to return when faced with new challenges or for "booster" sessions. Regardless of where they may live currently, remote therapy allows for convenient and easy access to any support they need.
